Seeds, Sorrel Garden

(Rumex acetosa) Cold-hardy to 12ÀšÂ°F. Use sparingly as a salad green for its lemon-like flavor. Sorrel is best used in soups, where it excels.

Growing instructions: Perennial in zones 4-10. Germination: 70ÀšÂ°F, light required, 3-14 days. Transplant or direct seed. Full sun. 36 in. tall.
